Throughout the year, ELSYS Design is looking for engineers combining technical and human qualities. It selects them during two interviews with operational and technical managers.

The goal is to discover the skills of the job applicants, their motivation, their potential and to enable them to get a clear idea of ELSYS Design current customer projects and career opportunities.

Integration and Follow-up

Upon arrival, the new employees are welcomed by the business manager in charge of their professional follow-up; he will make them discover the "ELSYS Design spirit", its strategy, its culture, its working methods and its markets.
 
The engineers have regular meetings with their business manager. Furthermore, company meetings are organized all year long (skill meetings, technical conferences, seminars…).
 
Concerned about the professional and personal fulfillment of its employees, ELSYS Design has set up a dedicated human resources system in order to manage its employees’ wishes in terms of career development and mobility. A dedicated technical file enables to identify individual skills and to provide personalized career management.

Finally, the annual job review meeting enables to assess the engineer’s progress in skills and performance, set up goals for the coming year and identify training needs linked to their wishes for career development.
